Facilities at Kemsley Community Centre

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can email us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Main Hall

Note that maximum capacity assumes theatre style seating.

If you require the kitchen, or you wish us to provide a bar for your event, please select under equipment / services. Customers are asked to estimate adult numbers attending the event. The bar is staffed according to expected numbers.

The bar hall is provided free of charge if you use our bar. When booking, add the bar hall but NOT the small hall. If you do not want us to provide a bar, but you do want use of the small hall, then add the small hall but NOT the bar hall.

NOTE: A bar deposit of £50 will be charged for provision of a bar to cover the cost of bar staff and overheads. If bar takings cover all or some of the costs, then some or all of the bar deposit will be refunded to you.

Small Hall

NOTE: SELECT THIS FACILITY IF YOU REQUIRE SMALL HALL WITHOUT BAR SERVICE. LARGE EQUIPMENT INCLUDING INFLATABLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SMALL HALL.

Small Hall can be requested in addition to main hall but there will be an additional charge.

NOTE: There is no direct access to the kitchen from small (bar) hall without going through main hall. Do not request kitchen if you are ONLY hiring the small (bar) hall.

Note that max capacity is for theatre style seating - capacity will be less if using tables or seating in groups. Includes Tables and Chairs.
