Rooms at Kemsley Community Centre


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can email us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Bar Service

 Maximum Capacity in Bar Hall: 50 but drinks can be taken into the main hall. 
(Standing or theatre style seating without tables)

NOTE: If bar takings do not cover all of the bar costs at your event, then a charge of not more than £50 will be taken from the condition bond after your event.

If you require the kitchen, please select under equipment / services. Customers are asked to estimate adult numbers attending the event. The bar is staffed according to expected numbers. 

The bar hall is provided free of charge if you use our bar service.

SELECT THIS FACILITY IF YOU REQUIRE SMALL HALL WITHOUT BAR SERVICE.
INFLATABLES OR LARGE EQUIPMENT ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SMALL HALL. 

If you are using our bar service, service is provided via the small (bar) hall. 
 
   

NOTE: There is no direct access to the kitchen from small (bar) hall without going through main hall. Do not request kitchen if you are ONLY hiring the small (bar) hall.

Rear Dressing Rooms/Small Offices

Maximum Capacity of Each: 10 (Seating without tables)

Dressing rooms/small meeting rooms with ensuite toilets, washbasins, hot water. Accessible through the main hall/stage but also accessible from the rear door of the Centre.  

Can be booked with the main hall or booked separately

Committee Room

Maximum Capacity: 16 (With 2 tables)

Accessible from kitchen, main hall, and Centre's rear door  - can be used as a meeting room, rest room, preparation room, or serving room - if booked with main hall, no charge but can be booked separately for a small charge.   

Space in the Park

Maximum Capacity: 30

Space in the Park is a room in the middle of Milton Creek Country Park, available to small groups with interest in a nature setting. There is a car park immediately adjacent to Space in the Park.
